I joined Synapse in October 2009 at the age of 16, after just 3 months at the Liverpool Academy I was working full time in a Contact Centre sourced by Synapse on a basic salary of £12,500 with potential over target earnings of £16k.

I left Synapse and now have full time employment within the Shop Direct on the Inbound Call Centre. I joined the trainee management programme and have an OTE of £23500 per annum, once qualified I could earn as much as £28,000! I am the only person under 18 in the department and Synapse gave me the skill and confidence to succeed. I often cover for my manager and after attending Synapse I now feel I have the skills and ability to do this.
